Intelligent Wave USA has many opportunities to come into contact with a variety of personal information through its contract development of software, software maintenance work, authentication-related ASP service, sale of “CWAT”digital assets extrusion security management software platform.

We fully recognize the importance of protecting personal information. This has been exemplified in our being granted the use of Marks of Confidence for Privacy by the Japan Information Processing Development Corporation, and by our passing the security audits of international brand cards, which have positioned us as a formally approved service provider.

Moreover, in addition to our in-house regulations already established pursuant to the laws and rules regarding personal information, we hereby declare our policy to protect personal information, as follows.

1.	In full consideration of the characteristics of our work in which a variety of information including personal information is handled, Intelligent Wave will abide by not only the laws and related rules concerning the protection of personal information but also the internal regulations that designate appropriate handling in the collection, use, provision and management of personal information.
2.	Intelligent Wave USA will take appropriate measures against illegal access to, as well as loss, destruction, interpolation, leakage and other misuse of personal information.
3.	Intelligent Wave USA will prepare, implement, maintain and regularly improve a compliance program for protecting personal information.
4.	Intelligent Wave USA will conduct appropriate management of in-house personal information of employees and other personnel, in the same manner as we handle personal information in our business operations.
